As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews responded to a healthcare clinic near Emerald Place in Rock Hill to assist a 78-year-old man with a reported airway obstruction and possible cardiac issue. Additional ALS units were requested for support, and a separate ALS response was dispatched to a location on State Route 97 for a reported alcohol overdose where the scene was not secure.
