Suicidal male with gun flees house at Marston Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and medical units responded to a report of a suicidal man who reportedly held a gun to his head at a home on Marston Lane. The caller said they had the gun magazine and were unsure if a round was chambered. The man was aware police had been called and later reportedly left the house on foot, last seen heading north without the weapon on him.
