Patient with hemorrhagic stroke transferred between hospitals

As discussed during the dispatch call, paramedics transported a patient by air from ECU Health North in Roanoke Rapids to ECU Health Pitt in Greenville following a hemorrhagic stroke. Weather and alternate hospital options were discussed during the transfer.
