Two men use crowbar to enter parked pickup truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a possible vehicle break-in near a Ross store in Riverton, where two men were reportedly seen using a crowbar to get into a white pickup truck on the south side of the building a few minutes earlier.
