Juveniles speeding on dirt bike and four wheeler

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of two juveniles riding a red dirt bike and a blue four wheeler, reportedly doing wheelies and speeding eastbound on Mount Whitney near Hazel in Riverdale.
