Tree limb threatens road and cables on Elm and Manning

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Elm Street and Manning Avenue for a large tree limb hanging between Concord and Manning that could fall, block the road, and damage cable lines. A parked vehicle in the path of the tree was identified, and the registered owner was to be notified.
