Teen seen in socks runs into backyard on Walnut Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible suspicious teenager dressed in black and without shoes near a home on South Walnut Avenue. The teen was reportedly seen looking around the area and then running into a backyard on the east side of a nearby residence.
