Resident found unresponsive then breathing with low oxygen

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were sent to an assisted living facility on North Lowville Road for a resident who reportedly fell and was initially unconscious and not breathing. The patient later appeared to be breathing with low oxygen levels and an elevated pulse while responders were en route.
