Vehicle smoking on I-19 near Ruby Road, no active fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible vehicle fire on southbound I-19 near Ruby Road in Rio Rico. The incident was downgraded after it was determined that there was no active fire, only a mechanical issue. The driver was assisted and transported to a nearby location while the vehicle remained on scene.
