False alarm at Burns Road home in Rineyville

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a home on Burns Road in Rineyville for a reported residential fire alarm activation. It was later determined that the homeowner was changing alarm batteries and provided the correct password to the alarm company.
