Disturbance and reported overdose at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received two 911 calls reporting a disturbance with people screaming at a location on Big Branch Road in Riner. One caller, a female, reported that someone was possibly overdosing while a male in the background told her to hang up.
