Woman with COPD has severe cough and broken breathing machine

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving a 62-year-old female with a history of COPD was reported near the Preserve at Richfield clubhouse. The patient had a broken breathing machine, persistent cough, and abnormal odors were noted. Vital signs were recorded and treatment included doxycycline and albuterol.
