Suspicious person going door to door in Richwood

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible suspicious person was reported walking door to door near Franklin Street and Bomford Street in Richwood. The person was described as a white male around 5 feet tall with curly hair, wearing a yellow vest and a lanyard, and last seen heading westbound on foot.
