Single vehicle off road on I-89 near Exit 11

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a vehicle that went off the road near Exit 11 on I‑89 in Richmond. The driver was out of the vehicle, and there were no reported injuries or hazards. Units cleared the scene after coordination with Vermont State Police.
