Single-car crash at Azalea and Chamberlayne

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible minor single-vehicle crash near Azalea Avenue and Chamberlayne Avenue in Richmond. The vehicle’s occupant later requested medical transport from the scene. A separate medical call for reported chest pain was dispatched to a location on North Arthur Ashe Boulevard.
