36-year-old woman with chest pain and breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a location near Allen Road and Still Neck Road for a possible medical emergency. A woman in her thirties reported chest pain and difficulty breathing. She was found inside a red Dodge Durango when medics arrived.
