Transcript:
Received, sir. 246[1], you have a motorcycle going the wrong way, almost ran me over. From Twist and Shake, southbound on the boulevard. Two people on it. 085, I think you might have turned down by the street just before the hotel down there. Any cruiser on scene? Do you still need Chelsea PD, (name withheld)? 2460, my apology, sir, you said contact River PD. It was going south on the boulevard wrong way past Twist and Shake and headed that way. Looks like it went down by the hotel, probably took a right onto Ocean Ave. The passenger had a white helmet on; it was a dirt bike.
