Resident refusing to exit vehicle after welfare check at nursing home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a resident at a nursing home was reportedly trying to leave without authorization. A nurse brought the resident back in a vehicle, but the resident refused to get out. The incident occurred near Talbot Road South.
