Person reportedly grabbed and thrown to ground

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers sent deputies to meet a man at a gas station in Reeseville after he reported that, during a dispute with a new property owner at a location on South Main Street, he was grabbed and thrown to the ground. The reported fight was not in progress when units were dispatched.
