Reckless driver nearly hits cars on Highway 248

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a red Ford Focus driving recklessly near Hickman Bottom on State Highway 248, nearly hitting oncoming vehicles. The vehicle was later reported traveling southbound on Highway 13 from the junction, and the reporting party stated they were willing to testify that the driver attempted to hit someone.
