Vehicle hits and displaces traffic cones on Business 13

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded after a vehicle reportedly hit and displaced several traffic cones near Business 13 by Talking Rocks Cavern and a nearby business. The cones and the suspected vehicle were not located, and another car appeared to move some items out of the roadway.
