Deputy requested after car hits deer near Redkey

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that a vehicle struck a deer near West 400 South in Redkey. The injured animal was found near a neighbor’s yard, and a deputy was requested to assist in handling the situation. Wildlife officials were also contacted for guidance.
