Appears to be transient. It's a male with long hair and acting suspiciously in the area. He's walking along the roadway standing at the bottom of the hill and looks like he's going to head into the oaks. He also had something in his pocket that had a handle. Unable to determine if it was a knife or what was in his pocket.
