74-year-old woman with breathing and speech difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving an elderly woman with respiratory difficulty and trouble speaking was reported near North 25th Street between High and Brook in Lower Alsace Township. Emergency medical units were dispatched and advised the patient to unlock the door. A caller with a key was a few minutes away.
