Disabled car on I-80, driver taken to Casper

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on eastbound I-80 near Rawlins involving a dark blue Honda Civic. The vehicle was pushed to the side of the road, and the driver planned their own towing. An officer then drove the driver toward Casper. Separately, an officer was asked to perform a VIN inspection at a location on Rangeview Avenue.
