Vehicle with disabled tag parked in road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 call about a vehicle parked in the roadway near Highway 90 and Bruce Mitchell Road in Ravenden Springs. The vehicle had a disabled tag, and it was unclear if anyone was inside.
