As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible house fire and a suspicious person dragging something on a property near Crockett Avenue in Rapidan, Virginia. The caller’s husband briefly checked the area with a flashlight and a handgun and then returned home. The house in question was described as vacant since November.
