Woman with respiratory distress and high blood pressure en route to hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical personnel are transporting a woman with apparent severe breathing difficulty and high blood pressure to Northwest Hospital from the Old Court Road area. She is reported to be on CPAP with crackles heard in her lungs and is described as agitated during transport.
