Minor crash with parked vehicle at Reynolds Coliseum

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible minor traffic crash with only property damage near the east side of Reynolds Coliseum, where the caller in a gray Chevrolet Suburban reported another vehicle had backed into them and the other driver had already left after providing information.
