Inmate found unresponsive with self-inflicted arm wounds

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to the Union Correctional Institution for a medical incident involving a 55-year-old male inmate who was unresponsive. The inmate later regained consciousness and was found with self-inflicted arm injuries that were actively bleeding.
