We have one person gave a vehicle description of a black Honda, unknown make, that took off heading eastbound towards 31, possibly heading to Kenosha. Unknown other vehicles involved. It was also mentioned somebody possibly has a knife. Update for Officer Safety, KBS 277, 2332.
