00:00
Essentially, at the ball field issue, where you said with that?
00:05
I said Syracuse Park.
00:07
Said he was that the van itself was parked back behind the back ball field, whatever that means.
00:17
Maybe I didn't copy that.
00:19
So the subject is.
00:20
Separate from the vehicle.
00:23
Was there a subject?
00:26
Right, there's a male in the vehicle.
00:30
He's just been there off and on, or the caller had been in the park off and on today, noticed him.
00:37
And then when the daughter came home, she complained that he had circled her in the van while she was walking away from the park.
00:46
Hi, cops.
00:49
Apparently the caller went back through there after.
00:55
Copy .
00:59
You said it was a utility type truck.
01:01
I'm out with a full-size white Dodge Ram.
01:09
He referred to it as a utility van.
01:12
I'm sure of the make, all white.
01:16
(number withheld) Central.
01:19
Yeah.
01:22
This is a signal nine back here.
01:25
His wife's with him.
01:26
She tried to film it.
01:28
Apparently it pulled out of here at 705 and went back towards Pomeroy, which I pulled in like 708.
01:35
Don't recall passing it.
01:37
Break 18.
01:39
Go ahead.
01:42
He said it appears to have been at one time an Ohio Valley plumbing van.
01:47
But if you look at the sides close, you can see the old decal is coming through the paint.
01:52
It's a white male by himself.
01:57
When he pulled in the 2nd time, it was as if he made eye contact with the signal nine and left just as soon as he got off 19 with central.
02:05
I'm looking back towards Palm Run.
02:07
It might have been sitting at the gas station.
02:08
I was looking for a utility truck.
02:12
You're clear.
02:13
I'm going by Union Avenue right now.
02:14
I'll jump over town and start that way.
