Caller advised that her stepbrother, (name withheld), pulled the gun out and was waving it at her sister. I also be advised this happened earlier on the highway in the city limits. Cyrus Howard called and advised that the same subject pulled the gun out and was leaving it at him. Just got some more information that was his stepson. They also advised that he is inside of the house at this time locked in a room.
