Suspicious red hatchback parked off roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a suspicious small red hatchback parked off the road near a residence on Trinity Road. The car has New York license plates and has reportedly been there since about 8 a.m. It appears to have a white tarp in the back, and the residents are unsure why it is there.
