Bicycle theft reported at Purcellville Library

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported bicycle theft near a library on East Main Street in Purcellville. A caller reported a white Trek bicycle with a pink cat sticker taken by a male wearing a white top and carrying a backpack, last seen heading toward Round Hill. Officers later reported being out with a subject matching the description and detaining someone with a bike.
