Single-vehicle crash with man reporting chest pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical units respond to a single-vehicle crash near the 9500 block of State Route 27. A male driver in his twenties reports chest pain and a cut on his arm after the vehicle apparently left the road and may have rolled. The driver is out of the vehicle and walking.
