Man found unresponsive in vehicle receiving CPR

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a medical emergency involving an unresponsive adult man who was not breathing in a vehicle pulled off the roadway near Nebo Road. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation was reported to be in progress.
