Subject tased after throwing bag at ambulance exit

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a disturbance near a medical facility entrance where a subject reportedly threw a bag by the north ambulance area. Units later located the subject near 12th Street and Rum River Drive North, where the person was taken into custody and tased.
