Erratic black Chevy driving toward Washburn Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about a black Chevy reportedly driving erratically, including going into a ditch and into oncoming traffic, in the Presque Isle area and possibly heading toward Washburn Road.
