Elderly man with lung cancer has low oxygen and blood pressure

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS units were dispatched to a medical emergency involving an elderly man having difficulty breathing near Mills Drive in Mills Township. Radio traffic indicated he was on home oxygen with low oxygen saturation and low blood pressure, and the call was coded as a 6 Delta-2 response.
