Adult reported unresponsive with abnormal breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS were dispatched to a residence near Lily Lake Road in Preble for a priority medical call involving a male who was initially unresponsive and is now awake but not alert, with absent/abnormal breathing reported. Dispatch notes include a significant cardiac history (reported as arrhythmia/tachyarrhythmia in one transmission and aortic aneurysm in another) and a 31 Delta 4 code.
