Elderly woman falls, loses consciousness exiting car

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly female fell while exiting a vehicle near Richard Run and briefly lost consciousness. She sustained a minor head injury. The incident was upgraded to priority one due to intoxication and trauma.
