Teen dispute with parents over belongings at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a reported verbal dispute in Powell where a 17-year-old said their parents were refusing to let them retrieve belongings to leave. Radio traffic also noted the complainant (name withheld) may have a theft-related warrant/hit out of Corsicana PD.
