Fire crews investigate building water flow alarm

Fire crews respond to a building after a water flow alarm activates. Multiple engine and ladder companies arrive and try to get inside through the front entrance and garage area. They report that the key from the access box does not open the front door. Crews move toward the riser and standpipe area and confirm there is water flowing in standpipe number 12, zone one. During the incident, they also learn that the building has lost regular power and is operating on emergency power. A separate medical call is dispatched to a different address for a woman who feels dizzy.
