Suspicious pair reported in van near Ocean and Lafayette

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible male and female suspect in a van near the intersection of Ocean Road and Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, after a caller texted from near a bank and nearby gas station and described them as involved in criminal activity.
