Information OPT-6 is in use for a gas major incident at the Shell Gas Station, (name withheld), South West Capital Highway. It's 1444. They're reporting that there's a CO2 leak at the store. It's for Engine 18, Truck 10, Engine 5, Lake Oswego, Engine 210, and C1, this will be on Opts 6. Just after the repeat of Gas Major Incident[1], Shell Gas Station, 101. 2-0 Southwest Capital Highway. Callers reporting there's a CO2 leak. It's for Engine 18, Truck 10, Engine 5, Lake Oswego Engine 210, and C1. This will be on Opt 6. It's 1444. Fire Dispatch. Gen 210 is in-rout, Capitol Highway. Copy, Lake Oswego Engine 210 is en route. This is fire dispatch with a repeat of the gas major at Shell Gas Station 101-200-7 Capitol Highway. Callers an employee here states there's a CO2 leak. They attempted a call to their text. They say they aren't helping so they're now requesting fire. Since the CO2 leak is both smelled and heard, the colors at the location, believes the leak is coming from inside.
