Disabled sedan in hazardous spot on I-96

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a light-colored sedan apparently broken down on westbound I-96 near mile marker 79, just east of a rest area. The caller reported it was a dangerous spot and requested emergency vehicles use lights.
