Reckless silver sedan reported on Grand River

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch issued a countywide alert for a silver sedan reportedly driving recklessly at varying speeds, brake‑checking and swerving east on Grand River near the Portland bus garage. The vehicle was said to be following the caller, and an officer later checked the area but did not locate it.
