Initially was diminished lung sounds on the left side progressed into diminished lung sounds in all fields. We have bilateral decompression with positive lung sounds at this time. I do have an 18-gauge IV access in the left AC with fluids lung at this time. Currently, patient is alert semi-oriented. His pressure is 160 over 90. We've got a pulse ox at 100% high flow O2 via masks. He is pulsing away sinus at 94. The patient is 210 pounds. I do have 200 mites of fentanyl on board at this time. That is the only medicine.
