Possible domestic dispute near Elks Lodge

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute near a fraternal lodge on Otto Street in Port Townsend. A passerby reported a possible assault involving a man in a blue car and a woman seen walking in the roadway holding her face. Units searched the area and later contacted the woman south of Port Townsend.
